1. The screw barrel of the PVC hose extruder is made of high-strength nitrided alloy steel. The surface of the machine is wear-resistant and not easy to deform. The surface of the screw is hard chromium plated to ensure the transparency and brightness of the material. The host drive is controlled by an AC variable frequency speed regulator, and the temperature controller uses an Omron digital display temperature control meter with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C.

In view of the special properties of PVC transparent hoses, the extrusion die of the PVC hose extruder adopts imported thermally stable die steel with hard chromium plating and polishing treatment. The mirror flow channel ensures uniform and stable material fluidity, providing guarantee for product quality.
3. The stainless steel shaped water tanks in the PVC hose extruder are all made of SUS304 stainless steel bending molding, a fully glass-covered closed structure, a stainless steel centrifugal pump, and a water-ring low vacuum vacuum forming method to ensure the accuracy of the pipe. Coupled with an air ring drying device, the cooling water in the process can be recycled without splashing the ground.
4. The belt on the tractor in the PVC hose extruder uses imported wear-resistant sponge soft rubber flat belt. During the traction process, the belt clamping hose does not deform or slip, and is driven by a servo motor to ensure high precision, high stability and noise-free traction line speed during long-term high-speed operation.
5. The cutting machine of the PVC hose extruder after the hose is formed is controlled by a human-machine operating interface PLC. The use of servo motor drive can ensure stable cutting of PVC hoses. The cutting length can be set arbitrarily, the number of cuttings is automatically counted, and the cutting is smooth without flying wires.
6. The final PVC hose double-disc winding machine is driven by a torque motor, has constant tension control, and has automatic arrangement and automatic meter counting functions.
