How to Identify the Quality of PVC Layflat Hose?

Good quality type is no smelling or some fragrance. Normal quality type is no smelling. Bad quality is with acrid smelling
Surface
Good quality type is smooth surface without any granular impurities in both side. Normal quality type is smooth surface with little granular impurities, but difficult to see by eyes. Bad quality type is rough surface with granular impurities, especially on the inner side.
Working Pressure
Good quality type burst pressure usually is 3-times of the working pressure. Normal quality type burst pressure is as follow. Small diameter( small than 6”) usually is 3-times of the working pressure. Large diameter (large than 6”) usually is 2-times of the working pressure. Bad quality type burst pressure usually 2-times or equal of the working pressure.
The Method Of Weaving
Good quality type is woven evenly, without jumping lines & broken lines & scratch. The yarns are strength and toughness type. Normal quality type is woven evenly, less jumping lines & broken lines & scratch. The yarns are strength type. The Material Of Pvc Layer
Good quality type’s pvc layer is made of virgin material with good heat resistance, elasticity and abrasion resistance. Normal quality type’s pvc layer is made of virgin & class 1 recycle material with good heat resistance and abrasion resistance. Bad quality type’s pvc layer is made of recycle material without any characteristic.
