During production, the plastic particles enter the screw barrel of the plastic extruder through the feeding port of the equipment, and are then sheared, plasticized, pressurized and processed by the screw of the plastic extruder. After that, it is extruded into the product shape we need at the die head of the plastic extruder, and then cooled with water to obtain the plastic tube we need. Sometimes plastic extruders are also used as auxiliary equipment for the production of composite pipes. For example, when two different types or conditions of composite plastic pipes are produced, the inner layer of the pipe is suitable for production with a plastic extruder, while the outer pipe is produced with other types of equipment. In this way, compounding can be carried out online. The inner tube is first extruded with a plastic extruder, and then the outer tube of the plastic tube is extruded through the T-die of the plastic extruder.
