Plastic extruders are small and medium-sized plastic extrusion equipment. In extrusion production, the equipment usually produces some plastic pipes with smaller diameters, plastic sealing strips and some small plastic wires, cables and other products. The role of a plastic extruder in production is extrusion molding, and the same is true for plastic extruders. Products are produced from plastic particles through a plastic extruder. Therefore, the production of plastic pipes usually consists of two parts: a plastic particle production part and a plastic extrusion molding part. There are many types of plastic pipes. When we choose a plastic extruder, we must choose according to the size and type of the product. For example, the plastic materials are different, the softness and hardness are different, etc.

The extrusion range of the plastic extruder is that the maximum extrusion volume is about 90 kg/hour (it may fluctuate depending on the type of product). During production, the plastic particles enter the screw barrel of the plastic extruder through the feeding port of the equipment, and are then sheared, plasticized, pressurized and processed by the screw of the plastic extruder. After that, it is extruded into the product shape we need at the die head of the plastic extruder, and then cooled with water to obtain the plastic tube we need. Sometimes plastic extruders are also used as auxiliary equipment for the production of composite pipes. For example, when two different types or conditions of composite plastic pipes are produced, the inner layer of the pipe is suitable for production with a plastic extruder, while the outer pipe is produced with other types of equipment. In this way, compounding can be carried out online. The inner tube is first extruded with a plastic extruder, and then the outer tube of the plastic tube is extruded through the T-die of the plastic extruder. There are many types of plastic pipes, and the specific production process depends on the actual product.
