Pressure:
1. When using PVC hose, it is recommended to use it at a suitable temperature and within the marked range.
2. The PVC hose will expand or shrink depending on the internal pressure and temperature, so please cut the PVC hose to a slightly longer length than required before use.
3. When applying pressure, please open the valve slowly to avoid damage to the PVC hose caused by impact pressure.
4. When using negative pressure, it is necessary to choose a reasonable hose according to the different changes in its use and conditions, and consult our company when necessary.
Carrier:
Pay attention to the carrier (water, air, oil, powder, granules, toxic chemicals and other substances) when using the hose, and consult our company if necessary.
Bending:
1. The hose should be used above its minimum turning radius (minimum turning radius: pipe diameter x 4 times), if the turning radius is too small, it will cause the hose to break and reduce the service life of the hose.
2. When used to transport powder and granules, the bending radius of the hose should be enlarged as much as possible according to the site conditions and actual conditions.
3. When matched with a metal joint, do not use it in an extremely bent state.
Other:
1. Do not put the hose in contact with or near an open flame.
2. Avoid the rolling of hose vehicles and the backlog of heavy objects.
3. When cutting steel wire reinforced hose and fiber steel wire composite hose, pay attention to the exposed steel wire at the end, which may cause injury.
