Standard PVC steel wire reinforced hose is widely used for drawing and conveying water, oil and powder in factories, agriculture, engineering, food stuffs and sanitation lines.

Features
This Standard PVC steel wire reinforced hose, with steel wire screwing inlaid in it, is light, transparent, small bending radius and long-life time usage. It has good adaptability in hard weather conditions and good minus pressure. It can be more beautiful with colorful marking lines on the surface of the hose.
Steel wire fiber composite reinforced hose: This product adopts advanced production technology with embedded steel wire skeleton, and the inter layer is reinforced by high-quality fiber. Thanks to the two-factor reinforcement, it has much more positive and negative pressure resistance and can maintain its original shape during the suction process than standard PVC steel wire spiral reinforced plastic hose.
Food grade steel wire spiral hose: With FDA standards of the United States, medical grade and food grade plasticizers free of benzene are added, which is the best hose for conveying milk, beverages, wines, jam and other foods.
Anti-static steel wire hose: Copper wire is embedded in the hose to prevent blockage in the tube due to static electricity, and to avoid electric shock or current impact for users.
Low temperature resistant steel wire spiral hose: It can be used normally at - 40 ° C and is applicable to various low temperature environments.

4. What's the trade term and payment term?
Amount less than $1000, 100% paid before production, more than $1000 can be negotiated. T/T, Western Union, PAYPAL etc.
5. May I have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. Sample charge usually means set up charge for production line. little quantity we suggest that straight for production. Large quantity we suggest that sample first, and sample fee can be refund.
6. What’s your quality control?
We have QC person stay on the production lines do to the inspection. All products must have been inspected before delivery. We do inline inspection and final inspection.
a. All raw material checked once it arrives our factory.
b. All pieces and logo and all details checked during production.
c. All packing details checked during production.
d. All production quality and packing checked on final inspection after finished.
