In our daily life, we often use PVC hoses, which are common irrigation hoses such as water pipes and garden hoses. PVC pipes can be used in many fields. If it breaks every time after a short period of use, it is because people do not know the difference and have bought inferior PVC pipes. Today we will discuss how to identify the quality of PVC hoses.
PVC hose uses environmentally friendly PVC rubber particles, which are dried, heated, melted, extruded and cooled by the extruder before being packaged in rolls.
PVC hoses can be customized in a variety of sizes and colors as needed. They are soft, wear-resistant, acid-resistant, cold-resistant, corrosion-resistant, oxidation-resistant, and have excellent flame retardancy and electrical insulation. The operating temperature is -30℃+105℃. The range of applications is very wide.
PVC hoses can be widely used in electronic components, home appliances, automobiles, machinery, toys, cultural and sports supplies and other fields. This has also led to a lot of substandard products flowing into the market. People have spent a lot of money and the quality of the products is still very poor.

1. Quantity:
(1) Measure the wall thickness:
Check whether the wall thickness of the PVC hose reaches the specified thickness, not only the wall thickness at both ends, but also the wall thickness in the middle of the Noan pipe. If the wall thickness at both ends meets the requirements, but the middle wall thickness is thinner, it still fails to meet the usage requirements. At the same time, the cost can be reduced through evacuation.
(2) Measure length:
Check whether the PVC hose reaches the specified length. Some manufacturers reduce the price by shortening the length.
2. Look:
(1) Look at the gloss: PVC hoses have good surface gloss and look very oily, so they are high-quality products.
(2) Look at the color: Standard PVC-U pipes are light beige. If the pipes are pale, it means excessive calcium powder is added. Some manufacturers add too much miscellaneous materials
