1. Bend
(1) When the PVC fiber enhances hose, pay attention to the bending radius of the hose, otherwise it will break and reduce the resistance;
(2) When transporting powder and granular substances, you need to increase the bending radius of the hose as much as possible to extend the service life and avoid leaving hoses.
2. fluid
(1) According to the different fluids, choose the appropriate PVC fiber enhanced hose;
(2) Before applying fiber reinforcement hose to oil, powder, toxic chemicals, and strong acid or strong alkali, check the quality of the hose.
3. Pressure
(1) PVC fiber enhanced hose must be used within the recommended temperature and pressure range;
(2) As the hose is susceptible to internal pressure and contraction, please cut fiber reinforcement hose to a longer length than you need;
(3) When applying pressure, open/close any valve to avoid impact pressure.
