2. The PVC hose expands and contracts due to its internal pressure and temperature. Please cut the hose to a slightly longer length than required before use.
3. When applying pressure, please open the valve slowly to avoid hose damage caused by shock pressure.
4. When using negative pressure, it is necessary to choose a reasonable hose according to the different changes in its use and conditions, and consult our company when necessary.

1. When using PVC hoses, pay attention to the carriers (water, air, oil, powder, granules, toxic chemicals and other substances), and consult our company if necessary.
bending:
1. The hose should be used above its minimum turning radius (minimum turning radius: pipe diameter x 4 times), if the turning radius is too small, it will cause the hose to break and reduce the service life of the hose.
2. When used to transport powder and granules, the bending radius of the hose should be enlarged as much as possible according to the site conditions and actual conditions.
3. When matched with a metal joint, do not use it in an extremely bent state.

1. Do not put the hose in contact with or near an open flame.
2. Avoid the rolling of hose vehicles and the backlog of heavy objects.
3. When cutting steel wire reinforced hose and fiber steel wire composite hose, pay attention to the exposed steel wire at the end, which may cause injury.
2. Assembly
1. Choose a connector suitable for the size of the hose.
2. When installing and using, the end of the hose should be rounded.
3. When the joint is installed in the hose, please apply grease on the joint and the hose, and do not burn it with fire. If it cannot be installed, heat the hose with hot water and then install it into the joint.
4. When tightening, leave a certain amount of leeway to prevent damage to the hose.
3. Periodic inspection and abnormality
1. During the use of the hose, please be sure to implement a regular inspection system.
2. The service life of the hose is affected by the physical and chemical properties, temperature, flow rate, pressure, and amplitude frequency of the carrier. If there are any abnormal signs, it should be stopped and replaced immediately.
4. Storage
1. After the hose is used, the internal residue should be removed.
2. It should be placed indoors or in a dry and ventilated place.
3. Enlarge the package size as much as possible.
4. The stock hose should be no less than 1m away from the heat source, and there should be no equipment that generates ozone, electric sparks or discharges nearby.
5. Avoid sunlight and direct light.
5. Disposal
1. Do not incinerate, it will produce harmful gas and affect the environment.
2. It can be disposed of according to local regulations.
