The PVC pipe production line is mainly used to produce PVC plastic hoses for water supply and drainage, which can be used in agriculture and construction industries. The production line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibrating table, haul-off machine, cutting machine, turning frame, screw extruder and haul-off machine.

The following is a description of each part of the PVC pipe production line:
(1) Mixing of raw materials: The first thing to do in the PVC pipe production line is to add PVC stabilizers, plasticizers, antioxidants and other auxiliary materials into the high-speed mixer according to the proportion and process. Set the temperature, and then reduce the material to 40-50°C through the cold mixer, so that it can be added to the hopper of the extruder.
(2) Extruder part: This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion volume can match the feeding volume and ensure the stable extrusion of the product.
(3) Extrusion die part: the PVC material mixed in the first step is compacted, melted and mixed at the place where the die exits, and then pushed to the die by the screw. The extrusion die is the key to pipe forming. build parts.
(4) Vacuum setting water tank: the extruded pipe is cooled and shaped here.
(5) The haul-off machine is used to continuously and automatically draw the cooled and hardened pipe from the machine head, and the speed is adjusted by frequency conversion.
(6) Cutting machine: According to the length of the pipe required by the customer, the cutting machine will automatically cut and turn over after a delay to implement flow production.
(7) Stirrer: Finally, in the last step of the PVC pipe production line, the turner will delay the delivery of the cut pipes, and then the cylinder will start to work to realize the turning action and achieve the purpose of unloading. After unloading, it automatically resets after a delay of several seconds, waiting for the next cycle.
