2. In the process of operation, the temperature must be well controlled. The high point of the material temperature should be controlled to be higher than the melting temperature of the material and lower than the extruded tube forming temperature. It is recommended to be between 150 and 160 °C.
3. The extrusion molding temperature should be slightly higher. Generally speaking, the transparency of the tubing has a certain relationship with the molding temperature. Within a certain temperature range, high temperature and transparency are good. At the same time, both the traction speed and the cooling speed will affect the transparency of the PVC plastic hose.
4. After each use, it is necessary to clean the plastic hose production equipment well, which is conducive to ensuring the cleanliness of the equipment.
