1. Assembly
a. To choose a joint suitable for the size of the PVC hose.
b. When installing and using it together, the end of the PVC hose should be rounded.
c. When the joint is installed in the hose, please apply grease on the joint and the hose, and do not burn it with fire. If it cannot be installed, heat the hose with hot water and then install it into the joint.
d. When fastening, leave a certain amount of room to prevent damage to the hose.
2. Periodic inspection and abnormality
a. During the use of PVC hose, please be sure to implement a regular inspection system.
b. The service life of the PVC hose is affected by the physical and chemical properties, temperature, flow rate, pressure, and amplitude frequency of the carrier. If any abnormal signs are found, it should be stopped and replaced immediately.
3. Storage
a. After the hose is used, the residue inside should be removed.
b. Place it indoors or in a dry and ventilated place.
c. Enlarge the packaging size as much as possible.
d. The stock hose should be no less than 1m away from the heat source, and there should be no equipment that generates ozone, electric sparks or discharges nearby.
e. Avoid sunlight and direct light.
4. Disposal
a. Do not incinerate, it will produce harmful gas and affect the environment.
b. It can be disposed of according to local regulations.
