1. Check whether the air and water systems of the plastic pipe production line are leaking and unobstructed.
2. Check that the tractor, vacuum box and cutting machine are in normal operation and there are no obstacles.

After that, the plastic pipe production line can be started normally, and the steps are as follows:
1. Preheating and heating: Turn on the main power switch of the plastic pipe production line, and adjust the parameters of the temperature control instrument in the area where each part needs to be heated according to different process requirements.
2. Observe the temperature rise of each component at all times. When the temperature control instrument works normally and the temperature reaches the set value,Keep warm for 2 hours.
3. Start the main motor of the plastic pipe extruder to accelerate the screw speed from low to high.
4. Observe the color state of the extruder outlet mold and the current value of the extruder, and adjust the temperature and speed in time according to the production requirements and conditions.
5. Start the vacuum pump and spray pump of the plastic pipe production line to adjust the vacuum in the box.
6. Connect the extrusion nozzle with the conduit, pull the extruded material into the tractor clamp, then start the tractor and adjust the traction speed to match the extrusion volume at both ends.
7. After the material is extruded, adjust the air pressure of each action point to be carried out by the cutting machine, and set the length of the No. pipe to be cut, so that the cutting machine is in a standby state.
8. The inner and outer surfaces of the hose that came out when the machine was first running may not be smooth and translucent, and there may be slight deviations in the diameter, wall thickness and roundness of the pipe. After the machine has been running for a period of time, the quality uniformity of the product can be achieved by adjusting the process temperature, core positioning, and vacuum degree.
