After the plastic pipe production line is used, it needs to be managed in time to reduce energy consumption. Regarding its shutdown steps, let's take a look together:
1. Stop feeding the machine, gradually reduce the speed of the main screw, and discharge the remaining materials in the machine. Generally, the material in the barrel can be removed without removing the screws after shutdown, but it must be cleaned with cleaning materials. After the plastic pipe production line is cleaned, close the hopper plug, adjust the speed of the main machine to zero and press the stop button.
2. Turn off the vacuum pump, water spray pump, tractor, cutter and heater in sequence.
3. Finally close the intake valve of the plastic pipe production line. Clean the surface of the entire production line.
4. After all operations are completed, record the operation situation.
There are also some precautions in use:
1. During the operation of the plastic pipe production line, do not put your hands into the rotating and pneumatic parts to prevent safety accidents such as burns and electric shocks, and it is strictly forbidden to disassemble the protective cover during operation.
2. Pay attention to the abnormal sound in the transmission system and the barrel of the plastic pipe production line.
3. Pay close attention to whether the lubrication, temperature control, heating and cooling systems are normal and whether there is any leakage.
4. Check whether there are impurities in the material. Hard materials such as metal and sand are strictly prohibited from entering the hopper.
5. The screw is only allowed to start at low speed, and the idle time should not be too long.
6. Before starting the machine again, the barrel must be fully preheated and kept warm. If necessary, a small amount of raw material can be added to the barrel, and the stored material can be extruded at a low speed. The pipe mold must be opened and cleaned after each use to ensure smoothness, otherwise coke will be produced.
