Features
This is one step injection molding lay flat water hose. The fiber reinforced layer embedded in this PVC layflat hose (8-10bar) is double-sided directional cross-wound. The product has the characteristics of resistance to breakage, high pressure resistance and small expansion ratio. Radial fibers are added to increase tensile strength.
1. Material:
Inner layer: NBR rubber compound; reinforcement layer: high-strength industrial polyester filament; outer layer: NBR rubber compound.
2. Pressure:
Working pressure: 12bar, burst pressure: 36bar
3. Temperature:
Working temperature: -20℃～80℃
Application
PVC layflat hose (8-10bar) is widely used as the accessories in agriculture irrigation and industries. Suitable for conveying liquid from low to extreme high pressure under low or medium temperature.
Working Temperature: -10℃~70℃
