3 Lay Flat Hose
The 3 lay flat hose is composed of a three-layer structure of inner rubber, reinforcement layer, and outer rubber. The inner and outer rubber of the hose are made of TPU material. Using an advanced one-time extrusion process, the TPU material is coated on the inside and outside of the high-strength industrial polyester reinforcement layer.
The three-layer structure of the 3 lay flat hose is completely integrated, allowing the product to achieve high pressure resistance, high wear resistance, low elongation, hydrolysis resistance, UV resistance, bacteria resistance, aging resistance, etc., and the hose can be flattened It is rolling, flexible, and easy to assemble.
